Essentially the solution is to download the firmware increments leading up to the target firmware.<\/p>\n

In my case, I had a 10ZiG v1200-P on firmware version 4.1.0 and was trying to upgrade to the latest which is 4.8.0 as of this article.<\/p>\n

According to the Teradici support page, I have to install 4.7.1 before I can upgrade to 4.8.0 however I still experienced the errors above so the advice was incorrect for my particular case.<\/p>\n

For me to get to 4.8.0, I had to go to 4.2.0 first, 4.5.0\u00a0then<\/em> 4.8.0.<\/p>\n
